The bed of the project is located in the green plain, which is divided into tall and regular trees. When we enter the project area from a smaller angle, everything here seems to be framed by the long sides of the wall! When we entered the project as a designer, the owner had personally started to build an L-shaped building with regular metal columns at the bottom of the ground without a plan, which had an unknown and inefficient structure and proportions. He had reached a dead end to continue the work. Neither the performance of the so-called building nor his form and beauty satisfied him. Our mission was to find a way out of this dilemma. Create a one-story villa building on the existing structure! After analyzing the demands of the employer and expanding the area of the building from 100 to 272 square meters, a network consisting of columns with the same distances of the existing situation was expanded and a rectangular shape was formed close to the character of the ground and the bed. The benefit of the morning light was greater in the east, then the priority was with the main hall to see the main view. The rectangular and framed shape of the plan and the ground spread to the facade and the cut, and a softened frame was formed in the main view, which by dragging it on the whole structure, we achieved a simple and uniform volume, but integrated with the ground. In the eastern part, cuts were separated from it to capture the morning light from the roof and side, and also by coming forward on the main front (south), we built an automatic canopy to protect the transparent view from the glare of the south light. The rest of the spaces, whether indoor or landscaping, were formed with this monitored view of the natural environment and the sky.
