Aghosh villa
The process of forming the Aghosh project is in line with the coexistence with nature, climate, environment and needs, and the goal of the design is to create a body with the two definitions of "villa" and "house" in the bed of nature.
In the first place, the substrate was investigated, for this purpose, by creating two clear axes and providing a broad horizon, it encourages the viewer to interact with the environment. The axis that was the origin of the idea of hug has divided the building into two parts and this axis is located in line with the entrance of the complex, which at the end reaches the communication space and invites the viewer to search the spaces.
In the spatial arrangement, the central axis is divided into two semi-private and public parts, and on the second floor, the two parts created along the axis are connected by a bridge, which creates an attractive and mysterious spatial experience for the residents. The second axis was created in the form of a transparent gap in the building with a view to the pool and the whole complex, according to the design line of thought in order to respect nature. Also, to maintain the purity of the volume and respect the climate of the north, sloping ceilings were used in a part of the project, which has become one of the most enjoyable spaces of the project.
In the design of this space, in addition to creating different sequences of vision and external perspective, we will witness light radiation from different angles of vision and as a result, we will see the game of light dance with the change in the angle of radiation. Also, this type of arrangement of windows has created drafts at different angles that match the climate of the region. Is compatible. The design principles of the project are based on creating a panoramic or comprehensive view from inside the building and connecting the internal view and view with the facade and removing the facade design from the design of a zero shell, so that everything seen in the facade as openings and windows has an impact It has a mutual effect on lighting and the view of the interior space. Therefore, by using wide windows, the boundary between the inside and outside of the building has been removed, in other words, the building has embraced the space around it and is integrated with its surrounding environment. Finally, Aghosh Villa attracts the viewer with the help of vertical and horizontal elements in a frame like an art painting.
