This project came to life with the vision of a family (Parents and Children) in Love with the Idea of combining refreshing outdoor scenery With indoor convenience and comfort. In terms of the real state of the project there were logistical limitations which are explained as follows. The land itself is in rectangular shape with adjacency of neighboring structures on eastern and western sides and passages on the northern And southern sides. This causes inconveniences in visibility and view of the building and to top that off there is an 8 meter limit on the height Of the structure which is the source of many design difficulties. In early stages of design the space was separated into two (privet) and (public) sections with differing surface levels. For providing adequate lighting and air circulation for each section the rectangular land was divided by length into three parts. To get the best natural lighting possible and creating the appropriate space and better height, the private sections are suspended above ground and with this method they were able to give the privet section of the project like the dining room the maximum elevation they could. The space of the structure is segregated in a way that public sections like the living room, dining room and the kitchen each benefit from an open space In their adjacency to provide natural lighting and a fluid green scenery. In the upper level the rooms and the latrine were envisioned which have their functionalities meet by a connecting bridge. Important to note that open space Of the project also provides natural lighting to the rooms. Despite what the project looks like from outside and its limited substrate they were able to adapt with the inclusion of all these ideas like specific space segregation, open space allocation, and providing connecting bridges for all the different functionalities, it was made sure that they had the best possible space quality, air circulation and natural lighting for the project. The space variety of this project has made the traditional structural borders for normal houses vanish and by optimal integration of inside and outside space the best space Quality was achieved. The in-between spaces (open space) make the project much less monotonous and positioning of the inside areas in accordance to the sunshine makes The living experience elevated in comfort. Utilizing architectural flexibility in todays architecture and recreation of new concepts by integrating the inside with the open space provides the residents with accessibility to Refreshing scenery and open space and gives them a sincere feeling of belonging. Actually it’s the Persian architecture versus the modern vision that makes use of such design to change up the formula. Persian architecture has a vast emphasis on open areas which gives it many attributes such as interaction with nature, unification of small details and the whole, Proportions, stability, sense of place, creation of space identity, space segregation composition and organizing, continuity, clarity, fluidity, evolvement, harmony equality and equipoise, Flexibility and many more which would not be possible if not for that emphasis on open space. the free space In-between closed spaces has a functional, peripheral, skeletal and cultural Identity which is not void of special meaning. This integration causes a feeling of continuity of presence, variety in objects and sceneries (privacy and introspection) and can make way for a new wave of architectural ingenuity And space variety.
