The "Khaneye Tabestaaneh" project is a summer house for a family of three. At first client asked for a small country house, a private place next to their already existing building which is going to be used in ceremonies and wedding photo shoots. Based on observations from the neighborhoods and similar projects, in this region, after a while most of garden houses and villas are altered due to family expansion or changing in their needs. Usually these changes are done without consulting the architect. So, the most important issue in this project was an "expandable structure". In this way, as time goes by, the building expanding and alteration will be indirectly guided by the designer’s thoughts. These developments can occur horizontally and vertically. Therefore, the design of this building was important in order to answer the question of how a building can expand over time. The building consists of a floor and a half floor below, which can fulfill the employer’s need of privacy for pool and living area. Perhaps this is Bobby's "developer structure" in order to be able to design even small-scale buildings in a way that allows them to expand on their own and meet the needs of their users over time. The future of this building is not destruction, it will be development as required by the user.
