Five hundred and fifty architects, urban designers and journalists have formed a campaign to demonstrate their dissatisfaction, writing letters to the Judiciary, administrative court of justice, Lord chief justice and also the Mayor of Tehran.
Babak shokoufi, an Iranian architect and designer of Azadi cinema complex, and Mehrdad zavareh Mohammadi, an architectural activist believe: this campaign mainly insists on cancelling the authorization of Article 5 Commission And wants this building to be registered as Iranian cultural heritage once again.
In this regard, Ali kermanian, an Iranian activist in architectural-related fields has suggested a meeting on necessity of preservation of this villa and other homogenous ones.
