Hooman Balazadeh, founder of #hoobadesign, was awarded the inaugural #Villa_Property Architecture Prize on October 4, 2024. The Villa Property network is a non-profit initiative designed to connect architects, investors, and product leaders in promoting eco-friendly and energy-efficient villa design. The ceremony was hosted by #enzo during the launch of the first #villaaward book, featuring 100 selected works.
