Biography:
"Reza Daneshmir" was born in 1965 in Kermanshah, Iran. He is a graduate of Iran University of Science and Technology. His artistic activities background in painting and music became the basis for implementing his architectural exercises on dynamic and fluid program-oriented diagrams. In 2004, he partnered with his wife, Catherine Spiridonoff, to establish the "Fluid Motion Architects" firm. Questioning and experimentation are well visible in Daneshmir's constructed and even non-constructed experiences; His challenges to the impact of time on the place in the field of ideas outside of historical circumstances are among the points of interest for presenting his new theories.
In 2000, with the restoration and design of the "Ave" Villa art Gallery, he entered professional architectural activities, and by implementing large-scale experimental ideas, he established his position as one of the contemporary Iranian architecture pioneers.
