The idea of the villa's garden scheme is established on the employer's requirements associated with preserving the trees and the garden's public space accompanying the creation of a more private space from a direct view. Thereby, in addition to constructing separate volumes for privity and forming full and empty spaces for acquiring the desired function, the cardinal shape of the structure is adjusted in a manner that the pool and the backyard are spacious and accessible. Moreover, the kitchen is at the back of the building, and the main entrance is at the garden's vestibule. Furthermore, it causes a contrast between the current space and privacy by the construction's position of approximately 1.3 of the land's length.
