Story:
Text provided by the architects:
This project was designed for three families and the design was based on their lifestyle and requirements. As they were relatives, they did not define strict privacy limits to shadow on building design; instead, they asked for several gathering areas. So we designed three independent houses, one in the first wing, the other in the second one, and the main house in between. Their borders are woven within each other and transparency is a key characteristic that makes the whole building look as a whole. Most parts of the complex are located on the ground floor except bedrooms and entertaining areas (connected to terraces) which are placed on the first floor. Structural elements are exposed and can be seen in the building faced and the roof is covered with traditional handmade clay elements.
