Story:

The villa is located in the coastal town of Khezershahr, located in Mazandaran province, with 1000 square meters of area.

In northern Iran, living on the outside is more important than on the inside. Accordingly, expanding the outdoor spaces into the interior is the project design topic.

The entrance is the heart of the building, and it is located from the revolving porches around a northern house inwards and their intersection. The spaces around these two axes are islands enclosed inwards by porches. Although the appearance of the project is introverted, the building has an extroverted nature.

By connecting the porches, we keep the building's entrance open from the inside to the outside. The entry in this project is located at the intersection of the axes and opens in four cardinal directions.

In the north, surfaces in contact with the outside become more important, while today, the opening position is less peripheral.  the Project in inner spaces converted to outer space, and the pool is located inside the building as an outdoor gathering space. Light creates space in the vertical and horizontal sections of the project.

By connecting the porches, corridors are formed from the inside, creating draft, and their alignment with the pool allows them to stay cool in the summer without the need for facilities.
