Text provided by the architect:
The primary approach in the design of this project was to create a design based on the user's lifestyle and human-centered design. Initially, interviews and assessments of needs were conducted to identify the needs, interests, lifestyle, and priorities of the residents. The most critical factor, the individual's lifestyle, was examined through multiple in-person interviews and responses to visual questionnaires. Factors such as daily habits, sleep patterns, diet, exercise, cultural and social values and beliefs, leisure activities, hobbies, reading, sports, art, economic status, environmental and residential preferences, the nature and quality of relationships with family, friends, and community, the extent of technology and technology use, and attention to the environment and sustainability were analyzed. The aim was to design a home that reflects the needs and preferences of its residents. After this phase, preferences regarding size, number of rooms, access to spaces, and open and closed spaces were somewhat determined.
