Ladies and gentlemen and Distinguished guests and director of the Austrian Cultural Forum I'm very pleased to welcome you this afternoon on the occasion of the presentation of the Austrian edition of the Villa Magazine.

I know you've heard the title already maybe we'll hear it today more often but it's the way you can remember it contemporary villas in Austria are a catalyst for Change.

This addition was created with the help of many Austrian well-known prominent architectural companies and it's based on an initiative of the Austrian Cultural Forum Tehran. This is of course not the first time that we have had a collaboration between Iran and Austria in the field of Architecture and design previously prominent Austrian architects who left a permanent mark on the architectural program of the country, for example, historical figures like Victor Gruen architect or Hans Hollein maybe some of you know he created the interior design of the glassware and ceramic Museum here in Tehran.

Here in this edition which will represent to you later on you can discover modern villas in Austria that are not only aesthetically impressive but also serve as a Pioneer for sustainability and the greener world.

Therefore Austrian architecture has achieved in high international status, especially in the field of sustainability and climate-friendly design. Twenty projects by eight Austrian architectural companies are presented in this addition the examples illustrated in a magazine shorter continuity but also that innovation of Austrian design.

Their collection value Austrian Villas especially addition was an intensive undertaking and I'm really pleased that we can present it to you today. In this sense I wish the readers and all of you a pleasant run through the charm and beauty of Austria's contemporary abilities line and the guests present a wonderful afternoon.
