Biography:
Tp3 Architekten. Everything in focus.
When people ask us what we do, the answer is simple: architecture. When we describe how we do it, one word is nowhere near enough. Good architecture has to meet requirements, adhere to budgets, take responsibility, keep the balance between sense and sensibility, be beautiful and be able to integrate itself into its environment. It is often not easy to reconcile these contrasting goals. But that is precisely our area of expertise.
Our basic principles.
Sustainability: Rationally, rather than radically ecological.
Our stance is unequivocal: Pro sustainability. We mean that not only in an ecological and economic sense but also with regard to style. A beautiful house is so timeless that it still fits into the townscape 30 years after it was built. That too is sustainable.
Cost efficiency: Precious but worth the price.
Many people believe that the work of an architect is expensive. At first glance, they are not wrong. In the long term, however, the great thought that Tp3 architects put into a project beforehand pays off. The investment in an architect who takes the big picture into consideration is soon repaid.
Personality: Being creative without losing focus.
We build homes for people. Not for architecture magazines. Every building is as individual as the people who have commissioned it or the requirements that it has to meet. In the various phases of the project, we are not only creative planners, we are also good listeners.
Design: Sensory but sensible.
Everybody wants a beautiful home. But beauty also has to be practicable. Otherwise, the line between sensory and senseless is suddenly uncomfortably narrow.
Who we are and how we work.
For a long time, the term "sustainability" has been used almost wastefully and is often prematurely assigned only to the ecological sphere. We believe that a sustainable mindset means predicting the consequences of every action. For us, sustainability denotes planning and building in a sensible, clever, economic, socially viable and environmentally friendly manner. Irrespective of whether it involves a new build or refurbishment, social housing or a complex of offices.
Good architecture has to meet different requirements, establish a balance between sense and sensibility, be economically and visually sustainable, and bear the responsibility for many tasks. Good architecture thinks of everything. That is why we say: Everything in focus.
Many characters, one firm of architects.
Tp3 Architekten was established in 2005 and has made a name for itself in Upper Austria as a general contractor for new builds and also for refurbishments. Through the implementation of diverse planning tasks, our team has acquired comprehensive know-how and can draw on outstanding specialist expertise coupled with a wealth of experience when carrying out new project tasks.
With a high level of flexibility and efficiency, we can perform the diverse tasks over the entire planning spectrum of architectural design and implement projects of varying scales. In the process, we guarantee maximum quality with regard to technology, cost efficiency and architecture.
Our range of services incorporates all planning phases starting with the preliminary draft and draft and extends to the submission schedule, layout planning and detailed planning, determination of costs and local construction supervision.
