Biography:
We deal with architecture in urban cultural space and create Buildings and rooms for private, commercial and public clients.
Our tasks include classic residential construction, residential and commercial buildings, commercial and school construction.
Working in the midst of historical buildings, dealing with Industrial wastelands and the outskirts of the city, construction between listed buildings and the conversion of buildings is our current focus in European urban renewal.
Our top priority is the sustainability of these spaces is important for their existence. This begins with compact urban planning, which has to do justice to sociological and traffic planning developments, continues with the permanent acceptance of the building due to its beauty and functionality and does not end with the choice of materials whose life cycles shape energy efficiency in the long term.
The low energy consumption through the use of renewable energy supply and the economical use of resources in the construction are the basis of future-proof architecture. the needs of the users with all their habits, laws and parameters. We don't see it as our job inventing interesting shapes or expressing our personal inclinations. Rather, they should go through the close Cooperation with the client, the examination of the location and the function and the constant questioning of the specifications, meaningful and affordable buildings are created.
The tools required for this are analytically redefined for each project. Our greatest care is given to the relationship between the building and its surroundings, the interrelationships between outside and inside and how it can be experienced spatially.
