Khashayar Abdolhamidi

Biography:

Khashayar Abdolhamidi was born in Tehran, Iran in 1992. He achieved his bachelor’s degree at the Azad University of Tehran, in 2014. Khashayar started his professional career at Hooba Design, a practice based in Tehran. Later, he furthered his design experience at some famous firms in Tehran, which brought good experiences for him. Scale of projects that he was involved in, vary from small scale private villas to large multilevel buildings and he has been active in designing a large variety of building types such as residential, hotels, hospitals, commercial, cultural, educational and office buildings.

In 2018 Khashayar established his own firm, HES Architecture Studio, in Tehran. As founder of HES, Khashayar focuses his design strategies and research on geographically context-based architecture and the impact of geography on architecture. His architectural style is easy to read and formed from very clear lines, yet he explores to break endless limits of synthesizing fills and voids to create high quality architectural forms and spaces.

Of his international Achievements we can mention becoming a finalist in Helal project in 2A continental competition 2017, First place in Architizer competition for his "A house for living" project, and a finalist in "A house for living" project in 2A continental competition 2018.
