Biography:
The office was created in 2004 by Andrea Pelati. Whereas the first projects mainly were high standards villas, now the office develops various types of buildings, such as exclusive collective housing, elderly residences and industrial buildings. Employing 6 architects and an apprentice, the team carries on with the same approach: a cautious listening of the client’s needs, a close analysis of the context and the right tuning with the territorial authorities in order to reach the best solution through a pure, elegant and minimal architecture.
